I am a Certified Professional  Coach, owning my coaching business, for over 4 years. I have worked with CEO's, VPs, Directors and Managers across the hospitality, healthcare, non-profit and technology industries.

I have worked with industry leaders to help them to become successful in their current role and develop the competencies needed to move to the next level. I partner with leaders to grow their leadership presence and strategically grow their organization. I have facilitated teams through change and restructuring, led team building retreats and created custom training programs.  

I am a certified DiSC™ facilitator and love to work with companies to make them more effective through understanding themselves and their teams better.
