I am a Certified Professional Coach who has owned my coaching business for over five years. I have worked with CEOs, VPs, Directors, and Managers across the hospitality, healthcare, non-profit, and technology industries.

I partner with industry leaders to help them become successful in their current roles and develop the competencies needed to move to the next level. I also work alongside leaders to grow their executive presence and strategically grow their organizations. I have facilitated teams through change and restructuring, led team-building retreats, and created custom training programs.  

I am a certified DiSC™ facilitator and love to work with companies to make them more effective by understanding themselves and their teams better.  

I started my career in the restaurant industry as a server over 40 years ago and worked my way up to manager, Area Director, and Regional Training Manager. After that, I worked in training and development roles in tech and non-profit. After retiring, I completed certification to become a Certified Professional Coach. I am passionate about seeing people grow and achieve great results through the synergy that coaching creates.
